The Engineering Portfolio is one of the main documents that the judges look at. It should include all the different parts of your team and document your progress throughout the season.
SponSorship packet 22-23
A sponsorship packet can help you reach out to companies/organizations for sponsorships. It should clearly indicate what you will be doing with their support and resources. Additionally, you should mention the benefits of them sponsoring your team.
Engineering Journal 22-23
An engineering journal can be useful to keep track of ongoing tasks, tasks that have been completed, and to go over summaries of what your team accomplished at each meeting. This can also be turned into the judges
